How do I book a tour in Your Private Europe?

Does Your Private Europe offer All-Inclusive tour packages?

Yes, currently we offer several All-Inclusive packages (tickets, visas, meals, accommodation, transport etc.) for Private & Group Tours that you can choose from. Contact us to find out more about the All-Inclusive packages we currently offer.

Can I customize the available tour packages?

Of course! Our flexible service concept allows you to customize any tour packages we currently offer. Please hubungi kami and mention the tour package you are interested in, and inform us the customization that you want.

Can I make a last-minute booking for your service?

Yes of course, but only if you already possess a valid Schengen visa. At the latest, you can book our services up to 7 working days before the departure date.

Payment

How does your payment scheme look like?

Our payment scheme consists of 2 stages:

  • Down Payment (DP) of 50% after the approval of the proposal
  • Payment of the remaining 50%

Down Payment (DP) of 50% must be paid within 3 working days after proposal approval. The payment of remaining 50% can be paid in installments until 3 working days before the departure date.

Do I have to pay in Euro?

No. We will issue our price quote in Euro, but you can choose to pay either in Euro or Rupiah.

We will determine the amount to be paid in Rupiah according to the EUR/IDR exchange rate on the day of payment.

What kind of payment methods are accepted?

For now, payment can only be accepted via bank transfer. Payment can be made to below accounts.

Can I pay in cash upon my arrival in Europe?

Unfortunately no. For security reasons, we prefer not to accept payments in cash when you arrive in Europe. Therefore, you also don't have to take any risk by bringing excessive cash from Indonesia into Europe.

Cancellation & Refund

Can I change/cancel the tour that is already booked?

Although it is not desirable, we understand that your plans for visiting Europe may change.

Changes/cancellation of tour has to be done 60 days before the departure date. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is any change on departure time, schedule, number of people etc.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my tour?

Although we understand that cancellations can happen for one reason or another, unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for tours that you have canceled.

We will provide refund only in case that your Schengen visa application is rejected. In this particular situation, we will refund your Down Payment (DP) minus:

  • Schengen visa application cost (only if you arrange your visa with us)
  • Administration cost amounted to 10% of the Down Payment (DP)
