The average temperature in Spain & Portugal is generally higher compared to other parts of Europe. Therefore, you can visit both countries and enjoy comfortable weather almost throughout the year. To make the most of your visit to Spain & Portugal, the ideal time is from March to May and from September to December. Avoid visiting during the peak summer season (June - August) due to the extremely hot temperatures in both countries and the large crowds of tourists.
