Between March and November is a good time to visit England and the UK. However, in order to really enjoy your visit to the fullest, April, May, September, October and November are arguably the best times because the good weather, not too crowded and many tourist spots are open. If you don't mind cold temperatures, head to England and the UK in December to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere.
